Monthly memberships for fitness studios
For pilates, yoga, boxing and specialist studios that want simple monthly class packages, without taking on gym software built for chains.
£0 setup · £0 monthly fee · 7% of each payment, or £1 if that’s more

Between a pack and a gym
A ten-class pack sits half used, runs out, and the client drifts. Gym software wants to run your whole building. A small studio needs something in between: a monthly package and a scan at the door.
Packs expire quietly, and so does the habit.
Chain-sized software comes with chain-sized setup.
Every drop-in is a payment to take before class starts.

How it works
A number of classes a month, or unlimited. Reformer can use more of a plan than mat if you want it to.
People join on their phone after a first class, or before they’ve ever been.
Members show their code as they arrive and the class comes off their month. Unlimited plans just show they’re covered.
Straight to your own Stripe account, with failed cards chased for you.
The numbers
80 members × £52
£4,160/month
in recurring membership revenue
£49,920 a year
An illustration, not a forecast: it assumes every membership is paid in full each month. You set your own prices, and nobody is guaranteed to join.

What your members see
Members see their classes left, their code, and the times you’ve opened for booking, with the places left in each. You see who is coming before they arrive.
For the business
Monthly plans without taking on software built for a chain of gyms.
Set how many members can book each time and the rest waits.
A month that’s paid for gets used.
Any instructor’s phone checks members in.

What a plan can cover
Each can use a different share of the month, so a longer class can count as two.
Questions
It can, if your needs are simple: you open times, set the places in each, and members book them. If you run a large timetable across rooms and instructors, keep your timetable software and use Monthlygo for the monthly packages.
Put what they already buy on a monthly plan, like 4 classes for £52 a month, and get paid before they walk in.
