Running your shop on Monthlygo

Stripe hasn’t finished verifying you. Open your dashboard and follow the Stripe link. It usually wants a business detail or a document you haven’t uploaded yet.

Until that’s done your shop page is live but the join button is off, so nobody can pay for something you can’t deliver.

Open the scanner and search their name or phone number instead. You get the same screen and the same redemption. The QR code is a shortcut, not the only way in.

On Stripe’s schedule, into the bank account you gave Stripe. Normally two to three working days after a charge, then daily. Payouts are shown in your Stripe dashboard because it is Stripe, not us, that sends them.
