Monthly memberships for barbers

Turn Regular Haircuts Into Monthly Revenue.

Your customers already come back every few weeks. Give them a membership that saves them money and gives your shop recurring monthly income.

£0 setup · £0 monthly fee · 7% of each payment, or £1 if that’s more

The gap between cuts

Your regulars are loyal. Your takings still depend on the weather.

A good barbershop runs on people who come back every three to five weeks. But each of those cuts is a separate decision: a wet Saturday, a payday that lands late, a new place round the corner, and the chair sits empty.

A quiet Tuesday pays the same rent as a packed Saturday.

A regular who skips one cut can drift off for good.

Cash and card on the day means next month’s number is a guess.

How it works

How Monthlygo works for barbers.

  1. 01

    Price your month

Two cuts for £30, or four for £55. What you already charge, said by the month instead of by the cut.

  2. 02

Put your code on the mirror

Customers scan it from the chair and join on their own phone before you’ve finished the cut.

  3. 03

    Scan at the chair

They show their code and you scan it from your phone. The cut comes off their month and what’s left shows on screen.

  4. 04

    Paid every month

Each membership renews on the date they joined, straight into your own Stripe account.

The numbers

What would memberships mean for your business?

40 regulars × £30

£1,200/month

in recurring membership revenue

£14,400 a year

An illustration, not a forecast: it assumes every membership is paid in full each month. You set your own prices, and nobody is guaranteed to join.

What your customers see

Your shop’s name at the top. Their cuts left underneath.

Members get a page of their own with your shop’s name on it, how many cuts they have left this month and a code to show at the chair. No app to download and no password to remember.

  • The code works from a screenshot, so a weak signal doesn’t matter
  • They can book their next cut into the times you open
  • Receipts and reminders come from your shop, not from us

For the business

What changes when your customers pay monthly.

Money before the chair fills

Membership payments arrive on the same days every month, rain or shine.

Regulars who stay regular

A customer who has already paid for this month’s cut comes in for it.

Busier quiet days

Open your quieter hours for member bookings and let members fill them.

Every barber can scan

From their own phone. No card machine, no app to install.

Questions

What barbers ask us.

You decide which services each plan covers and how much of the month each one uses. A skin fade can count as one cut or two. Anything a plan doesn’t cover, you charge the usual way.

Your customers already come back.

Put what they already buy on a monthly plan, like 2 standard cuts for £30 a month, and get paid before they walk in.
