Monthly memberships for restaurants

Turn The Every-Other-Friday Table Into Recurring Revenue.

The people who book you twice a month are worth more than the ones who find you once. Give them a membership and know what the month holds before service starts.

£0 setup · £0 monthly fee · 7% of each payment, or £1 if that’s more

Covers you can’t count on

A full Saturday and an empty Wednesday, and the rent is the same either way.

A neighbourhood restaurant is carried by the people who come back — and nothing about the diary says whether they will this month. A membership turns a habit into a booking that has already been paid for.

The couple in every fortnight pay the same as somebody who found you on a listing.

Midweek covers are the ones that decide the month, and the hardest to fill.

The booking system knows their name and nothing about how often they come.

How it works

How Monthlygo works for restaurants.

  1. 01

    Set what a membership covers

Lunches, dinners or a set menu, and how much of the month each one uses. A dinner can cost twice what a lunch does.

  2. 02

    Code on the table

It sits with the menu and by the door. Guests join from their own phone before the bill comes.

  3. 03

    Scan at the table

They show a code and you scan it. It says what is covered, and the rest goes on the bill exactly as it does now.

  4. 04

    Paid monthly

One payment a month into your own Stripe account, before anybody sits down.

The numbers

What would memberships mean for your business?

40 guests × £60

£2,400/month

in recurring membership revenue

£28,800 a year

An illustration, not a forecast: it assumes every membership is paid in full each month. You set your own prices, and nobody is guaranteed to join.

What your guests see

Book, eat, show the code.

Guests see what their membership covers this month and a code to show at the table. A plan can cover the person they came with, on one payment.

  • A household plan gives everyone on it their own code, sharing the month
  • Unused meals can roll into next month if you allow it
  • One meal a day, so a plan is a habit rather than a run on the kitchen

For the business

What changes when your guests pay monthly.

Midweek covers, sold

Tables filled before the week begins.

A month you can plan

Paid before a single cover walks in.

Plans for two

A table is rarely one person; a plan needn’t be.

Your own account

Paid into your Stripe account each month.

Questions

What restaurants ask us.

No. Keep whatever you use. Monthlygo handles the monthly payment, the allowance and the code; the table is booked however it is booked now.

Your guests already come back.

Put what they already buy on a monthly plan, like 2 dinners for £60 a month, and get paid before they walk in.
