7%

of each membership payment you collect. No setup fee, no monthly fee, nothing per chair. Plus VAT where it applies, always itemised on your monthly invoice, never a surprise.

A worked month

What £28 actually leaves you.

One member on a two-cuts-a-month plan at £28. Here is every penny that comes off it, including the part that isn’t ours.

You are not paying 7% for a payment link. You are paying it for the difference between a customer who might come in and a customer who already has.

Your member pays£28.00
Stripe’s card fee (1.5% + 20p)−£0.62
Monthlygo (7%)−£1.96
Into your account£25.42

Stripe’s rate is Stripe’s own and can differ by card type. Ours doesn’t change with volume. 7% is 7% at one member and at five hundred.

What’s included

There is only one plan, and you are on it.

No tiers to compare, no feature held back for an upgrade, no seat count. A one-chair shop and a six-chair shop get exactly the same product.

  • Your own shop page, with your name on it
  • Unlimited membership plans, including family plans
  • A QR code for the mirror and a link for your bio
  • The scanner, for you and everyone on the team
  • Rollover, minimum terms, capacity limits and pauses
  • Renewals, failed-payment chasing and cancellations, handled
  • Daily takings, member lists and monthly invoices
  • Email receipts and reminders to your members

The rest of the money questions.

Stripe charges its own card fee on each payment. For UK cards that is currently 1.5% plus 20p. That is Stripe’s, not ours, and it comes out of the same charge. We don’t add anything on top of it.

There is no setup fee, no monthly fee, no per-person fee and no charge for the scanner.

Nothing to pay to find out.

Set the shop up, build a plan, put the code on the mirror. The first time we charge you anything is the first time a member pays you.
