Terms of service
In short
- The shop is who your customer is buying from. The membership is an agreement between the shop and its member. Monthlygo is the software the shop uses to sell and redeem it.
- Payments are processed by Stripe and go directly into the shop’s own Stripe account. Monthlygo does not hold, pool or disburse anyone’s money, and Stripe’s own terms apply to that account.
- We charge the shop 7% of each membership payment, taken at the moment of the charge, itemised on a monthly invoice. VAT is added where it applies. See pricing.
- A shop can leave at any time. Existing memberships run to the end of the period already paid for. We do not contact, market to or retain a shop’s customers.
- The work, the appointments, the prices and the service are the shop’s. Disputes about those are between the member and the shop.
