Ticketing and memberships for promoters and venues
Put a night on sale in a few minutes, take the money straight into your own Stripe account, and scan people in at the door from a phone. The regulars who never miss one can be on a membership that gets them in first.
£0 setup · £0 monthly fee · 7% of each payment, or £1 if that’s more

Between the last night and the next one
Putting on nights is a business of good months and bad ones, and the good ones are spent before the bad ones arrive. A membership is the part of the takings that turns up whether or not the headliner sells — from the people who were coming anyway.
The same faces are at everything, and pay full price every time.
A cancelled night means refunding money you have already spent on the next one.
Nothing is known about who came, because the ticket was sold by somebody else.

How it works
Name it, set the date, the capacity and what a ticket costs. Several kinds of ticket if you want them: early bird, on the door, a table for six.
Every night gets its own page, and your venue gets one listing everything coming up. Put it wherever you already post.
Ticket holders show a code on their phone and your door staff scan it. It says whether it is good, already used or for another night — and it works when the signal does not.
The money is yours, in your own Stripe account. Takings for a night that has not happened yet are held back so they can still be refunded if it is called off.
The numbers

£1,200/month
in recurring membership revenue
£14,400 a year
An illustration, not a forecast: it assumes every membership is paid in full each month. You set your own prices, and nobody is guaranteed to join.

What your regulars see
Members get their tickets before general sale, and what their membership covers comes off automatically at the basket. Everything they are holding sits in one place on their phone.
For the business
Scan a code in under a second, queue still moving.
Paid into your own Stripe account, not held by us.
Regulars on a membership pay you every month.
The people at your nights are yours, not a reseller’s.

What a plan can cover
Each can use a different share of the month, so a longer show can count as two.
Questions
No. Plenty of promoters only ever sell tickets, and that is the whole product on its own. The membership is there for rooms with regulars, and you can turn it on later from Settings.
Put what they already buy on a monthly plan, like 2 shows for £15 a month, and get paid before they walk in.
