How it works
Set up once. Then it’s a scan at the chair.
The whole thing, in the order you’ll actually do it, from the shop details to the moment a member holds up their phone.
Setting up
About ten minutes, most of it Stripe’s form.
Tell us about the shop
Your name, the shop’s name and where it is. Two minutes. You can add your logo, photos and opening hours whenever you like. None of it blocks you from taking money.
Connect Stripe
This is the part that takes longest, and it is Stripe’s form rather than ours: your business details and a bank account for the payouts. Stripe verifies you directly. We never see the details.
Build your first plan
A name, a price, how many visits it covers and which services count. Decide whether unused visits roll over, whether there’s a minimum term, and whether you want to cap how many people can join.
Print the code
You get a QR code and a short link. Put the code where people wait and the link wherever you post. That is the whole of your marketing department.

At the chair
One screen, one answer.
Open the scanner, point it at their code. The screen gives you the member’s name, what’s left of their month, and a single clear verdict: covered, or not.
When it isn’t covered, the reason is written out in plain words you can say out loud: their month is used up, the card needs updating, or this code belongs to another shop. Nobody has to be embarrassed and nobody has to guess.
- Scan by camera, or search by name if their phone’s dead
- Redeem offline, and it syncs when the wifi returns
- Undo a mistaken scan for an hour; owners for a month
- Every redemption shows who on the team did it
What your member sees
Your shop’s name on every screen they touch.
They join in about a minute
Scan your code, read the plan, pay. Before they confirm they are shown exactly what they are committing to: the monthly price, the number of visits, and the total if there is a minimum term.
They get a code of their own
A web page with their name, their balance and a QR code. No app. They can screenshot it, add it to their wallet, or just open the link.
Family plans split properly
On a family plan each person gets their own code and the month’s visits come out of one shared pot, so you always know what’s left without anyone having to count.
Renewals just happen
Their allowance resets on the same day each month and they get a receipt. If a card fails we chase it quietly for a few days before anything is suspended, and tell them what to fix.
Running it
The bookkeeping does itself.
Your dashboard opens on today: who’s a member, who’s been in, and what came in this month against last. Under Money you get your takings, our fees, and a numbered invoice each month for the accountant.
Cancellations, pauses, upgrades and failed cards are all handled without you being the one to have the awkward conversation. But nothing happens to a member’s plan without them being told first.

Start with one plan.
You don’t have to price your whole shop by the month. Most people start with a single plan for the regulars they already see every few weeks, and go from there.
