Monthly memberships for massage and wellness

Turn Regular Treatments Into Monthly Wellness Plans.

Clients who feel the difference come back every month. Give them a plan that keeps the next treatment in the diary and gives your practice income it can plan around.

£0 setup · £0 monthly fee · 7% of each payment, or £1 if that’s more

Monthly, in theory

A monthly massage works best when it’s actually monthly.

Clients mean to come every four weeks. Then work gets busy, the tension comes back, and the next treatment is two months away. A plan puts the next one in the diary and the payment behind it.

Good intentions don’t fill a Tuesday afternoon.

Clients who lapse come back in more pain and less often.

Taking payment at the end spoils the quiet of the treatment.

How it works

How Monthlygo works for massage and wellness practices.

  1. 01

Price your treatments by the month

One treatment, two, or one with member prices on the rest. A longer treatment can use more of the month than a shorter one.

  2. 02

    Share your page

Your practice gets a membership page and QR code for reception, the treatment room and the message you send after each session.

  3. 03

    Scan on arrival

Clients show their code when they arrive, so there’s nothing to settle when they leave.

  4. 04

    Paid monthly

Payments go straight to your own Stripe account, on the date each client joined.

The numbers

What would memberships mean for your business?

30 clients × £55

£1,650/month

in recurring membership revenue

£19,800 a year

An illustration, not a forecast: it assumes every membership is paid in full each month. You set your own prices, and nobody is guaranteed to join.

What your clients see

Nothing to pay on the way out.

The treatment is already paid for, so the end of a session is the end of a session. Clients see their treatments left and their code, and book their next one from the same page when you open times.

  • Couples can share one plan, each with their own code
  • Unused treatments can carry into next month if you allow it
  • A reminder goes out before each renewal

For the business

What changes when your clients pay monthly.

A steadier diary

Monthly clients book monthly when the month is paid for.

Often enough to feel it

Regular treatment is what clients came for in the first place.

Longer treatments count for more

A 90-minute session can use two of a plan’s treatments.

No till at the end

Payment happens once a month, not in the calm after a treatment.

Questions

What massage and wellness practices ask us.

Yes. Each treatment has a cost in the plan’s units. Make a 60-minute massage one and a 90-minute massage two, and a two-treatment plan covers either.

Your clients already come back.

Put what they already buy on a monthly plan, like 1 treatment for £55 a month, and get paid before they walk in.
